WNBA, World Natural Bodybuilding Association, Rules

MEN AND WOMEN BODYBUILDING JUDGING CRITERIA

As a general rule, the WNBA organized competitions would favor competitors with overall good symmetry (coefficient 3), body proportions (coefficient 3), muscle quality (definition, coefficient 3), and aesthetics (coefficient 3) over shear muscle size (coefficient 2).

Prejudging
Round one
Group comparisons for body proportions and symmetry.
Symmetry is defined as equal development of muscularity on both right and left side. Proportions is defined as even balance of muscular development between body parts.
Competitors will be asked to stand with heels together and to perform quarter turns to the right, so the judges can assess them for all around symmetry and proportion.
Round two
Mandatory poses comparisons.
Group comparisons for muscle size and definition.
Competitors will be asked to perform the follow 9 poses so the judges can asses their muscle size and definition.
The awards will be given, starting from the last classified to the 7st.

Finals
Only 6 competitors will pass to the final; the classified athletes will do the obligatory poses all together or in smaller group, if the judges so require it. After a pose down, all together too, there is not individual. The awards will be given, starting from the 6th classified to the 1st.
* Overall muscle quality, definition, symmetry, proportions, and aesthetics (combination of all the above physical attributes) would prevail over sheer muscle size.
